We use the most up to date machines made by German company TRUMPF during cutting and bending:
Accuracy up to 0.05 mm. The are no dross and burrs upon cutting. Additional treatment is not required.
After cutting all the parts are leveled by 13-roller leveling machine. Thus the metal tension is eliminated and excellent performance on flat surface accuracy is achieved.

Assembling is fulfilled by the most experienced workers in the Urals using templates and specially designed equipment of high level. German EWM semiautomatic welding machines make it possible to obtain incredibly beautiful seam of high quality in a mixture of argon and carbon dioxide gasses made by Witt German mixers.

If necessary, we are always ready to carve any part with the help of our machine tools with Japan CNC system.
